In your slow cooker, add the chicken, onion, carrots, celery, tomatoes, cannellini beans, kale, chicken stock, salt, pepper, garlic, oregano, and thyme. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or on high for 4 hours. At that time, remove the chicken from the slow cooker and shred with two forks. Return the chicken to the slow cooker. Stir until combined and serve.

- 4 cloves garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon dried oregano
- 1 tablespoon dried thyme
Instructions
