Avocado oil spray (or any cooking spray of your choice)
1/2teaspoonsalt
1/4teaspoonpepper
4tablespoonslow sugar orange marmalade
1orange, juiced and zested
1/2tablespoonred pepper flakesoptional
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 425 degrees.
Spread the Brussels sprouts out on a baking sheet.
Spray with avocado oil spray and season with salt and pepper.
Roast for 20-25 minutes, flipping about halfway through.
Turn your oven up to 550 degrees and broil for a minute or two.
While the Brussels sprouts are roasting, heat the orange marmalade, 3-4 tablespoons of orange juice, and red pepper flakes in a sauce pan.
When the Brussels sprouts are done roasting, toss them in the sauce and top with orange zest.
