Salmon With Lemon Dill Sauce

Ingredients

For the salmon:

  • 1 pound salmon fillets
  • Avocado oil spray or any cooking spray of your choice
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper

For the lemon dill sauce:

  • 4 tablespoons nonfat plain Greek yogurt
  • 4 tablespoons sour cream
  • 1 heaping tablespoon dried dill
  • 1 lemon juiced and zested
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to broil, or 550 degrees.
  • Place the salmon fillets on a sprayed baking dish.
  • Season with salt and pepper.
  • Broil for 10-12 minutes, or until cooked through.
  • To make the sauce, mix the Greek yogurt, sour cream, dried dill, lemon juice, lemon zest, salt, and pepper together in a small bowl until well combined.
  • Top each piece of salmon with a dollop of the lemon dill sauce.
