For the lemon dill sauce:
4tablespoonsnonfat plain Greek yogurt
4tablespoonssour cream
1heaping tablespoon dried dill
1lemonjuiced and zested
1/2teaspoonsalt
1/4teaspoonpepper
Instructions
Preheat your oven to broil, or 550 degrees.
Place the salmon fillets on a sprayed baking dish.
Season with salt and pepper.
Broil for 10-12 minutes, or until cooked through.
To make the sauce, mix the Greek yogurt, sour cream, dried dill, lemon juice, lemon zest, salt, and pepper together in a small bowl until well combined.
Top each piece of salmon with a dollop of the lemon dill sauce.
