Zesty Mexican Style Corn
This Zesty Mexican Style Corn is the perfect side dish to go along with your favorite Mexican fare. With just a few simple ingredients, you can transform plain corn into a flavorful fiesta!

- Avocado oil spray or any cooking spray of your choice
- 2 cups corn fresh, frozen, or canned
- 1/2 teaspoon chili Powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- 1/4 teaspoon oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic Powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 lime juiced and zested
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro chopped
In a medium frying pan over medium heat with some avocado oil spray, saute the corn until heated through.
Remove the pan from the heat and add the seasonings, lime juice and zest, and cilantro and stir until well combined.
