  • Avocado oil spray or any cooking spray of your choice
  • 2 cups corn fresh, frozen, or canned
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/4 teaspoon oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 lime juiced and zested
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro chopped


  • In a medium frying pan over medium heat with some avocado oil spray, saute the corn until heated through.
  • Remove the pan from the heat and add the seasonings, lime juice and zest, and cilantro and stir until well combined.
