Ingredients

  • 2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup barbecue sauce
  • 1/2 cup teriyaki sauce
  • 1 onion diced
  • 1 can (20 ounces) pineapple chunks in 100% pineapple juice

Instructions

  • In your slow cooker, add the chicken, barbecue sauce, teriyaki sauce, onion, pineapple, and half of the juice from the can of pineapple.
  • Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or on high for 4 hours.
  • Once the chicken is cooked, remove from the slow cooker and shred with two forks.
  • Return to the slow cooker and allow it to cook for another 10-15 minutes to absorb the sauce.
