1-1/2poundsflank steakor any steak of your choice, thinly sliced
2bell peppersthinly sliced
1onionthinly sliced
1tablespoonchili powder
1tablespooncumin
1tablespoonoregano
1/2tablespoonpaprika
1/2tablespoongarlic powder
1teaspoonsalt
1teaspoonblack pepper
Instructions
In a small bowl, combine the chili powder, cumin, oregano, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
Season the flank steak with half of the fajita seasoning.
In a skillet or frying pan over medium heat in some avocado oil spray, cook the flank steak to your liking.
Remove from the heat and place on a plate to rest.
Season the bell peppers and onion with the remaining half of the fajita seasoning.
In the same skillet or frying pan, saute the bell peppers and onion for a few minutes until tender.
Add the cooked flank steak back into the skillet or frying pan with the bell peppers and onions.
Stir well to combine and serve.
