Citrus Glazed Brussels Sprouts

These Citrus Glazed Brussels Sprouts are the perfect side dish for anything from chicken to fish! The fresh orange zest provides an unexpected pop of flavor, and it's sure to be a crowd pleaser!

  • 2 pounds Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
  • Avocado oil spray (or any cooking spray of your choice)
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 4 tablespoons low sugar orange marmalade
  • 1 orange, juiced and zested
  • 1/2 tablespoon red pepper flakes optional


  • Preheat your oven to 425 degrees.
  • Spread the Brussels sprouts out on a baking sheet.
  • Spray with avocado oil spray and season with salt and pepper.
  • Roast for 20-25 minutes, flipping about halfway through.
  • Turn your oven up to 550 degrees and broil for a minute or two.
  • While the Brussels sprouts are roasting, heat the orange marmalade, 3-4 tablespoons of orange juice, and red pepper flakes in a sauce pan.
  • When the Brussels sprouts are done roasting, toss them in the sauce and top with orange zest.
