Balsamic Caprese Skewers

- 1 pint grape tomatoes
- 3 ounces fresh mozzarella pearls
- 1 bunch fresh basil
- 1 1/4 tablespoon balsamic glaze
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
Take a skewer and assemble in this order: tomato, mozzarella pearl, basil, mozzarella pearl, tomato.
Finish off with a drizzle of balsamic glaze and a sprinkle of kosher salt.
