One Pan Pork Chops With Apples And Onions

Ingredients

  • 1 pound boneless pork chops
  • Avocado oil spray (or any cooking spray of your choice)
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 2 apples, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 tablespoon fresh sage, chopped
  • 1/2 tablespoon fresh thyme, chopped
  • 1/2 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped

Instructions

  • Season the pork chops on both sides with salt and pepper.
  • In a frying pan that has been sprayed with cooking spray over medium-high heat, cook the pork chops for about 4-5 minutes on each side.
  • Remove the pork chops from the pan and let them rest on a plate.
  • In the same frying pan, add the apple cider vinegar to deglaze the pan.
  • Add the apples, onion, fresh herbs, and more salt and pepper to taste.
  • Let cook for about 5 minutes until the apples and onions soften.
  • Add the pork chops back to the pan and mix together.
