One Pan Pork Chops With Apples And Onions

- 1 pound boneless pork chops
- Avocado oil spray (or any cooking spray of your choice)
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 2 apples, thinly sliced
- 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/2 tablespoon fresh sage, chopped
- 1/2 tablespoon fresh thyme, chopped
- 1/2 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped
Season the pork chops on both sides with salt and pepper.
In a frying pan that has been sprayed with cooking spray over medium-high heat, cook the pork chops for about 4-5 minutes on each side.
Remove the pork chops from the pan and let them rest on a plate.
In the same frying pan, add the apple cider vinegar to deglaze the pan.
Add the apples, onion, fresh herbs, and more salt and pepper to taste.
Let cook for about 5 minutes until the apples and onions soften.
