Oven Roasted Brussels Sprouts
If you are a Brussels sprouts fanatic like I am, you are going to love these Oven Roasted Brussels Sprouts! They are so easy to make and I could eat an entire tray in one sitting.
Servings 4 servings
- 1 pound Brussels sprouts
- Avocado oil spray (or any cooking spray of your choice
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
Preheat your oven to 425 degrees.
Cut the Brussels sprouts in half.
Toss with avocado oil spray, salt, and pepper.
Spread the Brussels sprouts out on a baking sheet and bake for 25 minutes.
Turn on the broiler for an additional 2-3 minutes to get them a little extra crispy. Keep an eye on them to make sure they don't burn!
