Oven Roasted Brussels Sprouts

If you are a Brussels sprouts fanatic like I am, you are going to love these Oven Roasted Brussels Sprouts! They are so easy to make and I could eat an entire tray in one sitting.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound Brussels sprouts
  • Avocado oil spray (or any cooking spray of your choice
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 425 degrees.
  • Cut the Brussels sprouts in half.
  • Toss with avocado oil spray, salt, and pepper.
  • Spread the Brussels sprouts out on a baking sheet and bake for 25 minutes.
  • Turn on the broiler for an additional 2-3 minutes to get them a little extra crispy. Keep an eye on them to make sure they don't burn!
