  • 6 ounces fat free feta cheese crumbled
  • 1 cup tomatoes (any kind) chopped
  • 2 tablespoons fresh basil julienned
  • avocado or olive oil spray
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 tablespoon balsamic glaze
  • dippers of your choice


  • In a bowl, combine the feta, tomatoes, and basil.
  • Add the avocado or olive oil spray and balsamic vinegar.
  • Season with salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder.
  • Stir well until combined.
  • Finish with a drizzle of balsamic glaze.
  • Serve with your favorite dippers.
