Salmon With Lemon Dill Sauce
This Salmon With Lemon Dill Sauce is so light and refreshing! Broiling the salmon gives it a nice crust while keeping it tender and flaky on the inside. The lemon dill sauce is such a bright and creamy addition that is sure to have your taste buds jumping for joy!
Servings 4 servings
For the salmon:
- 1 pound salmon fillets
- Avocado oil spray or any cooking spray of your choice
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
For the lemon dill sauce:
- 4 tablespoons nonfat plain Greek yogurt
- 4 tablespoons sour cream
- 1 heaping tablespoon dried dill
- 1 lemon juiced and zested
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
Preheat your oven to broil, or 550 degrees.
Place the salmon fillets on a sprayed baking dish.
Season with salt and pepper.
Broil for 10-12 minutes, or until cooked through.
To make the sauce, mix the Greek yogurt, sour cream, dried dill, lemon juice, lemon zest, salt, and pepper together in a small bowl until well combined.
Top each piece of salmon with a dollop of the lemon dill sauce.
