Tomato, Onion, And Hearts Of Palm Salad
This Tomato, Onion, And Hearts Of Palm Salad has a unique blend of flavors that will have your tastebuds dancing! Spring mix, halved grape tomatoes, thinly sliced red onion, and sliced hearts of palm...so yummy! To top it all off, I drizzled it with some Marie's Blue Cheese Vinaigrette. If you want to add some extra protein, you can totally throw in some chicken or shrimp! This can be made for a quick lunch or dinner, and you can even serve it as an appetizer before a meal.
Servings 1 serving
- 2 cups spring mix
- 1/4 cup grape tomatoes, halved
- 1/8 red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup hearts of palm, sliced
- 2 tablespoons salad dressing of your choice
In a large bowl, assemble the spring mix.
Top with grape tomatoes, red onion, and hearts of palm.
Drizzle with the salad dressing of your choice. I used Marie's Blue Cheese Vinaigrette dressing. Sprinkle with black pepper. Enjoy!
