Ingredients

  • 1 pound boneless pork chops
  • 1 egg whisked
  • 1/8 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/3 cup seasoned bread crumbs
  • 1/2 tablespoon balsamic glaze

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 425 degrees.
  • Get two plates.
  • In the first plate, whisk the egg and the almond milk.
  • In the second plate, spread out the bread crumbs.
  • Coat the pork chops with the egg mixture and then the bread crumbs.
  • Place in a baking dish and bake for 20-25 minutes.
  • Once the pork chops are done cooking, allow them to rest for a few minutes before cutting into them.
  • Drizzle with balsamic glaze and serve.
