If you grew up not being a big fan of pork chops, chances are you are in good company. Happily, these pork chops are a game changer. They are so flavorful and crunchy on the outside, and the center is so juicy. The best part is that they are so simple to throw together and only need a few ingredients!
In the first plate, whisk the egg and almond milk.
In the second plate, mix the panko bread crumbs, parmesan cheese, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
Coat the pork chops with the egg mixture and then the bread crumb mixture.
Place in a baking dish and bake for 20-25 minutes if thin-cut pork chops or 30-35 minutes for thick-cut pork chops.
Once the pork chops are done cooking, allow them to rest for a few minutes before cutting into them.
