All About Slow Cooker Creamy Italian Chicken

If you’re anything like me and love a good crockpot meal, this is for you! It has only four ingredients, and you simply dump them all into your crockpot, turn it on, and don’t have to lift a finger until it’s time to eat dinner. That’s speaking my food love language right there! A few minutes before I’m ready to plate dinner, I’ll use two forks to shred the chicken and then I’ll give it a good stir so that it can soak up all of the delicious, creamy sauce. YUM.

This dish is so versatile. I typically like to pair it with a vegetable and a starch, so your possibilities for this are endless. I am serving it with oven roasted broccoli and brown rice (shown below), but my family has also been known to gobble this up alongside oven roasted potatoes, pasta, green beans, asparagus… really, anything!
