What a nice and easy side dish to make for any meal. Cilantro, lime and corn is like a match made in heaven isn’t it? Love the addition of cumin though. Definitely not something I would have thought o add. Making it for dinner tonight!

  2. Love this corn recipe. Super simple but it look absolutely tasty with the spices and zesty lime juice. I’m literally drooling on my keyboard.
