How To Make This Zesty Mexican Style Corn
Happily, you can use fresh, frozen, or canned corn for this dish. Whatever you have on hand is totally fine! In a frying pan over medium heat with some avocado oil spray, saute the corn for 4-5 minutes until it is heated through. Remove the pan from the heat and add the seasonings, lime juice, lime zest, and cilantro and stir until well combined.
